ICONIC puts a private AI and a staff of agents on a computer in the client's own office. The AI knows the business from its own files; the agents do recurring work on a schedule, check their own work and report back.

## Two ways in

**Taught.** Patrick teaches the owner or staff to run their own private AI and agents, starting wherever they are:
1. Run a model privately on their own computer.
2. Connect it to their files, so it knows the business.
3. Build agents that do recurring work on a schedule.
4. Know where to draw the line between private and frontier cloud models.

**Built.** Patrick sets it up on a computer in the office, connects it to the files, builds the agents the business needs and trains the people. Then he keeps it updated, adds agents as new jobs come up and makes it sharper about the business month after month.

## Services

- **Pick the right computer:** sized to the actual work, ordered at cost and set up.
- **Build the whole system:** private AI connected to the files, with agents doing real work from the first week.
