Privacy Policy

Last updated November 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ICONIC ("ICONIC," "we," "us" or "our"), a private AI consultancy operated by Patrick Christell in Seattle, Washington, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit iconic.onl, use its live demo, book a call, download our materials or work with us (together, the "Services").

Summary of key points

What we collect: what you give us when you book, email or call (such as your name, email, phone number and company), what you type into the live demo, and basic technical data like your IP address and browser type.

What we don't do: we don't sell or rent personal information, we don't share it for targeted advertising, and we don't send anything you type into the demo to an AI company.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing patrick@iconic.onl.

  15. How to contact us

1. What we collect

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

We don't collect information about you from data brokers or other third parties.

2. How we use it

3. When and with whom we share it

We share personal information only in these situations:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. The live demo

The live demo is a private AI running on our own computer in Seattle. It answers questions about two fictional companies.

Please don't type personal, confidential or sensitive information into the demo.

5. Cookies and tracking

iconic.onl itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't use analytics that build a profile of you. When you open the booking calendar, Calendly may set its own cookies to make scheduling work. Those are governed by Calendly's privacy notice. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as booking, may not work without them.

6. Third-party websites

The Services link to other websites and services, such as Calendly and the sources we cite. We aren't responsible for their content or their privacy and security practices. Please review their policies before giving them any information.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. For example, booking and contact details are kept while we're in touch and for a reasonable time afterward, client records are kept as long as tax, accounting or legal rules require, and demo rate-limit data is kept only briefly. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.

8. How we keep it safe

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and keeping client work on hardware we or our clients control. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Sending information to us is at your own risk.

9. Minors

The Services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Email patrick@iconic.onl. We'll confirm your request and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep some information where the law requires it or to prevent fraud.

11. U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of California, Washington and other states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, including the rights to know, access, correct, delete and port personal information, to opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising or profiling, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Categories of personal information we have collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number and IP address), commercial information (such as services discussed or purchased), and internet activity (such as requests to our website and demo). These come from you and from your device, and are used and shared only as described above. We have not sold or shared personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

You may use an authorized agent to make a request. If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing us with "Appeal" in the subject line. If you're not satisfied with the result, you may contact your state attorney general. California residents may also request information about disclosures for direct-marketing purposes under California's "Shine the Light" law. We don't make such disclosures.

12. Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control

There's no common standard for Do-Not-Track browser signals, so we don't respond to them. Because we don't sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there's nothing to opt out of. We nonetheless treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request.

13. Client data

When we set up private AI for a client, that client's files stay on the client's own computer. We maintain the software, not the files, and access is governed by our written agreement with that client, not by this policy.

14. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we'll make it prominent on the site.
